With the eye of a con man and presidential precision, one can venture into estimating that there are 56,000 policemen and members of the armed forces who are bandits. And at least 12 secretaries of state(cabinet members) are potential convicts. 240,000 public employees must face the wrath of the goddess Themis, what would cause our courts to be quite overloaded. Expanding the Central Electoral Board would be tantamount to increasing the number of bandits. Always keeping in mind the president*s figures, he figures that 5.6 of the judges must face prison. Even worse is the Supreme Court situation which would make 10.4 of the 13 chief justices members of the criminal bunch. The toll is heavy in the legislative branch. 120 legislators, enough quorum to reform the constitution are bandits. Internally, Omnimedia(this newspaper staff) would have a big problem.
