Talk to a CPA,a tax specialist,your company's accounting officer,or the IRS.Here you will get lots of answers,but I wouldn't steak my tax liability on ANY of them!CRIS

Do a search of the archives. Last year this question was posted and a CPA (whose name I cannot recall just now) gave some great answers, correctingly errors in replies from well-meaning people like me.
