Hi, my wife and I left our business equipment and personal belongings to a Dominican lady, and we found her stealing from us, so we fired her. Then she stole everything.

So we are seeking a lawyer who can press criminal charges and also recover our stolen items. We have witnesses and receipts, plus many emails of correspondence with the lady.

The important thing for you is to get a lawyer who is both competent and honest, not one who will take youkr money and do little if anything for it.

Our firm does not handle criminal cases. Get the assistance of a good criminal lawyer from the city or town where the theft occurred and have him/her file a complaint.
