Viva Airlines Moves Forward with Acquisition of Queen Air

The Auxer Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AXGI - News) announced today that Viva Airlines, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, is going forward with the acquisition of 49% of Queen Air, Aeronaves Queen, S.A. (a Dominican Republic Corporation and air carrier).
Auxer and Queen have agreed on all contractual issues and have ordered their respective attorneys to complete the necessary agreements for signature on April 9, 2003. A formal closing will be scheduled during the first full week of May. The time between signing and closing will allow for necessary auditing and verifications to be performed.

Robert Scott, President and CEO of Auxer, said, "We are pleased to have negotiated the Queen Air agreements that are required and needed to bring about our Viva Airlines plan. We can now concentrate on our plan and prepare for the commencement of flight operations".
