I am a real estate appraiser in the US. A client of mine would like me to consult on three projects in Santiago. I have several questions:

1. Are appraisers licensed in DR? Real Estate Agents?
2. Where can I find a good translator?
3. What are the requirement for me to work as a consultant in DR?

I am looking for a Real Estate Appraiser/Valuator to consult with me on this project. I need help accessing sales data for comparable properties to three proposed condo projects. Please call or email me

There is no licensing requirement for real estate agents.

As for translators, there is an international translation service with a branch office in Sosua which is very good. You can find detailed information on their website www.ilanguage.com
