I am flying into to Punta Cana for the first time. What's the quickest way to get to the capital? Are there any buses besides the public guagua that can get me there? I will be traveling with luggage so I'd rather a Caribe Tours type bus. Do I ned to get to Higuey first and then catch a bus to Santo Domingo? Any and all info would be appreciated! Thanks! I'm cibaena so I don't know much about punta cana!
