Our condo association has adopted a rule authorizing the appointment of a committee to act on matters so urgent that they cannot wait until the next annual assembly. No way to know in advance if and when the committee will need to be convened. In the unlikely event a decision by the committee were challenged, would the fact that a member away from the DR at that time voted by email be a problem?
