Is there any law or other regulation regard the registering of minutes of an assembly? For example, is there a time period specified within which the minutes must be registered? Or is this entirely governed by condo rules?
It's governed by the condo regulations except if the minutes are going to be used for collection purposes, in which case the time limits established in the Condo Law must be observed.
