I am travelling to the Dominian Republic in August this year from the U.K with my wife our son who will be fifeteen and his fifeteen year old friend who we are taking along as a companion for our son during our two week holiday. Will I need a nortorized letter of authorization from his parents and if so can you help me with what the letter should contain and how/should it be legaliized
