I member of my family flew on that flight.
They arrived to JFK early, they were suppose to arrive at 3:22pm and arrived around 2:58 he said.
They gave him a domincan hat with the flag and musical instruments...
But...
There's a problem in the terminal, the area to pick up the passengers was closed to the cars(The sing said Authorized Vehicles), so you had to go to the 2nd floor(The departures area) and send somebody to go downstairs and look for the person.
My brother had to kept going around, while my sister in law and me went to look for my nephew and a lot of people were still there waiting for their friends, families, etc...
Because nobody knew they had closed the access to the pick up area.
Nobody gave us information either.
So Delta have to work with their terminal for the international flights.
It's very confusing and nobody to give you information.
