Will DGAC recover Cat 1 from FAA in new Govment?
Well if you check point 6 of PLD 2004-08 govment program
relating to Aeronautics Sector, the first issue is just broken
down by placing someone that to my understanding knows
"O" of this sector. What a pitty? I am sure there are a few individuals in DR with an aviation extensive experience capable of managing this situation, but they are not politicians; hope things could change quickly in this sector, our country needs it, it's been 11 years already of Cat 2* situation. Wonder how much has it been spent since then.
