My favourite "candy" is, I think its called, almendra dulce from the roadside vendors just a little past Gaspar Hernandez. :) (dominican food pet peeve: Ketchup on sandwiches ewwwww!)

Hmmmmmmm!

My favorite juice is Jugo de Chinola/passion fruit (without the milk) freshly done...........hmnnn with a Yaniquequi (fried flat dough that looks like a big freezbe) they make some good ones in Boca Chica Beach. ;)

Favorite candy...........dulce de naranja or seresa (home made)

favorite food...goat with rice or viandas, fried yellow bananas.

Beach food!

Moro de guandules, fresh fish smothered in sauce o aceviche, tostones and fresh lime.

Second Favorites: pan de pierna o Chimichurri con una vestida de novia.

I like all the dulces (home made) including abas con dulce y habichuelas con dulce, y dulce de platano maduro.

Oh, I cant wait to leave next week - Que Hambre!!

All time favorite, empanadas de jamon y queso from Ludovino in Sto. Dgo. Oh, and of course, dulce de leche con guayaba from Higuey...
