What would a sales director's salary package be like in a medium/big sized dominican company in wholesale+retail distribution?
What proportion would be fixed and what part commission based?
Would the fact that I know the business owner through a mutual good friend help in negotiating a better salary than when he would take on a dominican employee?
Is it possible for dominican companies to pay out salary into a U$ or Euro account in DR or are they by law obliged to pay in pesos? Or are there ways around it?
