Please recommend english speaking reliable driver in La Romana/Bayahibe?

I don't know if it's really important to have someone's contact details
or it'll be easier to hire taxis at resort, but we would like to travel a bit,
and maybe hire driver with a car for a day at flat rate...?

I have used a driver in Bayahibe named Oscar. He speaks english very well and will give yuo a flat rate by the day or destination.he is part of a group that parks outside VIVA DOMINICUS RESORT.
