We are also scheduled to stay at the Flamenco, on 12 Jan, 2000. So far all I have found out is that it is opening November of'99.

We are going there as well in January. Leaving Toronto on the 8th. We will have to keep in touch. Any more info would be great. Stayed at rui naiboa last year and loved it. Beach is superb.
