Closing time on real estate (apt or House)?

If the person has all the necessary paper work, documents and down payment in order to buy an apt or house was the ammount of time that usually take any Asociacion de Ahorros y Prestamos to close. Any experiences or advises?

Can be done in a month. You have to coincide with the monthly meeting when they approve the loan cases.
