Im sorry to bother u all, being new, so i'll introduce myself. i'm kinda scared as to how u'll percieve me because my papi es Dominicano y my mom is black. My father denies his descent, but i would like to become more in touch with mine. i am 18 yrs. old, and i call myself la voz because i am a vocal music performance major in Nashville, TN. Is there anyone out there who would consider helping a mutt learn more about himself?

I have moved your post because it didn't belong where it was.

let us know what you would like to learn.

If you are 18 and in university you may want to look at studying abroad in the DR. There are programs for people who speak alot, little or no spanish.

i have learned a lot of spanish from friends in school and at my job. It always came easily to me, i guess because its in my blood. But it seems that there's a difference between sentence structure in DR spanish... i kno thats broad, but im not quite sure where to start.
