hello again,
My trip to dr is coming together for the end of this week. my flight arrives in santiago. what is the best way to get from santiago to sousa, where i will begin my stay?

Taxi to bus station then Caribe Tours to Sosua is cheapest way.

Caribe Tours has a bus leaving hourly from Santiago for Sosua.

That is assuming your plane gets in at a reasonable hour. Caribe Tours doesn't operate through the night.
