Help!!! I have been searching different web sites and I can't find a consistant date for the Puerto Plata Merengue Festival.
Some sites say it's from October 17-24 another says it's the first week of October another says the second week of October and yet another says the end of November. Has anyone been to it and does anyone know the correct dates?
