I've read a couple of post about a golf card but I can't seem to find an email address or fax number etc. to contact them. Can my husband just apply for the card at one of the courses he plays at or do you have to contact the organization directly? How much is the card? I read that might have to be a resident but we own a house in Cabarete so does that count? Thanks,

They shouldn't - that's why I am learning spanish but I'm not nearly good enough to speak over the phone. I will be there in another week so I'll get a friend of my to call for me when I am there and see what we can find out. Thanks for the response and the numbers

FedoGolf Card

just an FYI, for those of you who are looking to get a card, since I just went through the process...

1- I'm not a resident, and was able to get one. (you do need a passport number or cedula for residents)
2- like HB said it is RD$5,000
3-Since I'm not a resident, they sent my card to the golfclub.

but they did offer to send it to my house (for an extra (fedex) charge of course)
4- Had no problem communicating with them via phone....
