Does anyone have any experience with either of the following two sceniero's ?
Both have the DR passports that are handwritten and I have heard that they must be changed to the "machine readable" ones by December.......
1. Is this correct and 2. has anyone had experience with having this done both here and in the US.???
1. DR citizen with DR passport with US VISA (good til 2016) in POP with 2 handwritten passports stapled together........... 1st has expired visa and 2nd has the new visa...
2. US resident (Green card) living in US with handwritten DR passport...
