Do you mean occupational pension and state pension? You can have these paid into a UK bank account and transfer as you would any other type of transfer. Alternatively, you could speak with the Embassy about getting a UK State pension paid through them. If you mean Social Security benefits, would you be entitled if living in the DR? - I doubt it. Or did you mean you want to transfer your UK pension to someone else who lives in the DR?
