Actually it was spam, someone trying to promote their store. Didn't do me any good because I can't afford a $148 USD shirt.

It used to be the tallest highrise in the Dominican Republic. Today, the tallest highrises are found on the Malecon Center complex.

They are the tallest in the Caribbean, as far as I know.
