just got bck from BC Thursday night. El Candil was decent, also looked at Calypso around the block....same stuff, same price. Staff at El Candil numero uno in my book. I used a taxi while there and went to the Zona Colonial. PM me for more info.
i agree with everyone here so far. The guagua is easy enough from SD. Candil or Costalunga are both good choices....CALYPSO....i was trying to think of the name of that place!!!
In my opinion....candil is an excellent choice for the price. Petteri & Guisseppi, Maria y Sandy make me feel at home every time i go there. Costalunga is OK...i just find the rooms and service at candil to be a bit nicer. a phone in the room plus airport pickup is worth the extra 5 USD a night.
