What type of Business Entities are available in DR?
-Asides from a corporation,
?Sociedad An?nima? (S.A.) or ?Compa??a por Acciones? (C. por A.)
I set up a ?Sociedad An?nima? (S.A.) with our lawyers in DR when we purchased our home, but I would be interested in setting up my business separate from this- a small business.
Is is possible to do a Limited Liability Company or Limited Liability Partnership?
I really don't see why I should spend all this money again, on filing the Corp. status.
Our law office seems to be set on setting everything up this way.
Is there a government website I can look into for more concrete information?
