Needs a visa!

Hey Mido, looks like you know about this issue, the final destination country will be Sweden, I ask in the swedish consulate and they said not need visa to come here, but you have to check with the first country you arrive in arrive in europe, explain something, this mean that if I fly from canada too sweden it's possible but doing a stop in amsterdan it's not possible? Thank for your answer..

You need a visa for every country in Europe if you only have a resident card. They are not accepted. Passports only. If he has a Canadian passport some will issue at the airport but you have to check first
