cosmetic surgeon

Hey everyone, I am wondering about cosmetic surgery in Dominican Republic. Is there a major clinic or hospital that you all would recommend? I have been to D.R. once but never saw any hospital or clinic. I know these discussions tend to involve people who sell their own clinic and I don't wish to stir that nest.

Still, I've heard about people seeking plastic surgery in D.R. and I wonder, what procedures do they get, how much do they cost, is it safe and where do they go/recover?

Someone must know the answers to these questions. Any help?
