Inheritance

I would like to know how does one go about to reclamar una herencia. This one is about 100 years old. One of my aunts tried to claim it, and was denied. She said she was the only heir when in fact there were three more.
All I know is that I need to go to the Spanish Embassy.

And no, I don't want it to keep it all.
