San Francisco de Macoris information..

Hi to everybody, any suggestion to find a place to live in San Francisco de Macoris for 6 months it would be very helful for me and my friend since we are moving there in July!

Also: how long it takes from Punta Cana to there by public transports?

And why I cannot find email addresses of hotels in San francisco de macoris?how can I arrange the accomodation for the first days?

From punta Canan to SFmacoris is about 7-8 hours you will need to take expreso bavaro to la capital an there take a bus to macoris, make sure is sanfransico de macoris not sam pedro.
Macoris is a growin pueblo that has the population of a small city. so your options are small pero their some. PM me I have relative thier my mom is from macoris and my grnad mother still lives thier maybe the cna help you. How long are you and your frineds in town for nadi fi posible what the pourpose of your visit?

We are going to live there for 6 months, and yes I'm sure that is San francisco...
we are there for an internship...!We are looking for a house for rent that we will try to find once we are there, but having some contact already could be usefull!let me know!

Pm me I cna see is my uncle house is avialble, its near the casino probably like a 5 minute walk. Will you have transportation?

I dont have all this info yet(I dont know where is the casino)...but I will not have a private transportation!however I will probably need to live close to Mella!
By the way how is the public transportation in San francisco de macoris?
And I have another question: I will have a small dog with me do you think there will be many problems like in case I have to carry it with me on buses to travel to other cities or to the coast or stuff like that?

Public transportation in Macoris is not as organize as Santiago, Santo Domingo but you have your mostcomog moto-taxi. and inregards to your little dog, I guess if well maner dog you will have no problem taking hin on Caribe express or the smaller bus for city to city transport.
Mella, i gues your refenring to the st .mella. the casino is in a subdivion in Macoris near the fortaleza.Macoris is not that big so evrything is withinh motoconcho distance. And since you will have a car or private transportation you will be okay. My grbadmother lives in 21 Nino Riset/ Ave Salcedo
her name is Tatica Devarez, she is a retired teacher so she pretty well know in town. giver her a visit tell her Albin sent you she cna help you out with everything
