Good old unpretentious El Rancho (overdue for a renovation, with toliets that don't work) is my favourite and Plaza Flamingo across the street is free after 1 AM, if you started out at ER... you can dance until 3:30 or 4 am.
Latin Fever, Mangate -- those are the clubs you could also try.
