Looking for ABREAU Family

HI All, Does anyone know the town El Mirador in LaVega. I will be coming to DR in Nov. and would like to know where the town is located. I have been looking for a friend to no Avail and the white pages do not work. So I will have to travel there by car. I also need direction from Boca Chica to LaVega.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated

I've heard of Abreu, not of Abreau. Are you sure you've got the spelling right? (I don't know any Abreus, either).

El Mirador is highlighted in blue, just South of Moca.
That road between La Vega and Moca may still be under construction and in bad shape.
