Hey -- looking for a place to party for New Years Eve with good music... I'm in the New York City/ New Jersey area... any suggestions???

All Dominican areas will have their top bars open if you care to go. So tell me, is washington heights, paterson, brooklyn, bronx, queens, union city or etc.. is close to you???? All the Dom areas will be open and joyous!!!!!
