For some reason Internet Caf?s have not done well in Santo Domingo. Several that I know of that started, closed. I understand Internet Cafes have done better in tourist areas.

If you simply need access to the internet, you can pay $35RD per hour at any Codetel. I'm sure there are other such locations as well that offer access.

I don't know of any. The Codetel and Tricom offices offer the service, but not the coffee.
