Anthropologist in Dominican Republic

I am 22 years old advanced university student of anthropology and I would like to know what are my chances to find a job in Republica Dominicana. What kind of institutions or companies are interested in hiring anthropologist? Is it knoledge in Spanish nessesery for it and what level of it is needed?
