Looking to invest in Juan Dolio
In my opinion are the apartments in Juan Dolio too expensive.
I know different cheap apartments to sell. (Older ones)
For example one for 52.000 Dollar 80 meters from the beach.

It will be easier for people to give you an advise if you mention the name of the tower and what part of Juan Dolio it is located .

Are you looking for a capital investment? If so, in how many years do you want to turn it over??
Do you want a rental investment that you can use a few weeks a year and during the rest rent it out?

do believe that juan dolio is a very good long term investment but we all have to stay on top of the infrastructure issuesThanks, MalditoGringo. At this point I would like to invest in such a way that would allow me to use it during the winter months. I am not quite sure what level of investment I am prepared to make, not knowing much about anything.
