Grupo Metro decent product

It kind of more depends on what type of product are you looking for?

Are you looking for a capital investment? If so, in how many years do you want to turn it over??

Do you want a rental investment that you can use a few weeks a year and during the rest rent it out?

And, what sector are you looking at; luxury? upper-middle?? middle??? low cost???

in this market i would negotiate and definitely not pay asking price, I;) do believe that juan dolio is a very good long term investment but we all have to stay on top of the infrastructure issues

Thanks, MalditoGringo. At this point I would like to invest in such a way that would allow me to use it during the winter months. I am not quite sure what level of investment I am prepared to make, not knowing much about anything.
