Apartment/smaller house in Cabarete

Hi,

I have looked in the rental section here at DR1, but found nothing that suits my needs. This is what I need:

- 1-2 bedroom apartment/smaller house in Cabarete for long term rent (I live here). From 1 of May or 15th of April.
-Secure area
-Electricity 24/7
-Internet access
-Rent 300-600 US a month, depending on the apartment/house.

References available on request.

What do you consider long term? I own a 2 bedroom 2 bath (one bedroom / bath could be locked out) in Cabarete.

Rent, WHY ?, buy a NEW house in Puerto Plata for under $100,000 in a mixed community. Become part of the town and acutally LIVE here.

I do not want to be a part of Puerto Plata... I go there to buy car parts, clothes etc...nothing else...

Cita del Sol has long term rentals this time of year although they may only go until Christmas. Contact Peter or Andrea 809-571-0720 or email info@citadelsol.com. The apartments are all about 50 square meters, one-bedroom with high speed internet and cable TV.

Thank your for your response, but it is a bit to small. I should have been more specific "2 bedroom apartment och big 1 bedroom" The arpartment is for me my 5 year old son and my wife.
