No need to repeat yourself :). Unless of course this is the National Lampoon's Vacation Griswolds..................:cheeky:

If you haven't had much pick up from the DR I'm not surprised - running a home here, particularly someone else's home, has certain endemic idiosyncracies which you are probably not familiar with. Also I note words like 'without refund' on the disclaimer and 'price guarantee' as a page heading so forgive me if I take cynical view of the word 'free'.
