Multinational company in the consumer products business seeks candidates for the position of Product Supply - Country Leader. The position is described as initial point of contact for all operational product supply matters on the country; links with other resources within the local and divisional team as needed. Support the integration team in the evaluation of potential distributors for warehousing and distribution services. Owns detail planning and flawless execution of the distribution take over of product supply operations. Owner of the demand planning, customer service and distribution process.
Requirements: bachelor degree in industrial engineer or business administration, fully bilingual (English-Spanish), 3-5 years in distribution, customer service and demand planning. Experience in manufacturing areas for consumer goods for multinational companies. Proven project management skills, financial knowledge and budget preparation. Good knowledge of manufacturing and quality assurance systems. Strong leadership, results driven, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
