Group of Dominican Professionals in Washington, DC. Else, there is Grupo Cultural Dominicano (GCD) which is the local social club within the culture. There are also politically inclined (PLD/PRD) political offices that also serve to facilitate the social scene. There is also another group called the Madrugadores which is also a safe space to bring your family, and serves as a community resource.
