If it can get by with a DR notary, then Rocky has a good answer. If it needs to be notarized by a US notary, then it can be done by Ted Foster, the US Consul in Puerto Plata.

This is to accept a settlement from a law suit and is going to an attorneys office. I called my attorney and he said to try it with the DR notary.
If this does not fly I will go to POP thanks

i am a NY attorney and licensed notary in NY and i live in perla marina, so if it is a NY document no problem be happy to notarize
It's a Florida document in broward county ???
