DHL Local Number?

Hi

Need some help. A package was sent by my publisher to SD. Tracking it says it needs more information. The local number given was 809/692-1133 or 1134. My local contact has tried calling and cant get through.

This has been going on for over a week - I'm so afraid the package will get lost, let alone not delivered.

Anyone have a better number for DHL or suggestions on what to do? Are there more than one DHL office? The package was going to the cyber park in
Boca Chica.

Thanks. With a little help locally and from up above the box was finally delivered. They said it was in customs but in fact it was out for delivery and they couldn't find the location. I'm much relieved. Thanks for your response.
