Fabio;

Does Dominican law require a private contract security company, such as one that performs residential security patrolling and pass point checking of people entering or leaving the residential area, to have insurance coverage or a bond to cover any loss or injury incurred by a resident as a result of theft or assault during their watch?

Does a residential developer and administration company that creates its own security force, which is on the company payroll, subject to the same Dominican law as a private contract company?

Do the residents have the legal right, without having to go to the fiscal to obtain an order, to view the contract terms the residential company has with a private security company regarding: responsibility, accountability, and resident access to obtain compensation as a result of the security company negligence?
