As of Jan 1, 2009 Cable Atlantico has raised their basic cable tv rate from 480 Pesos/month to 580 with the promise of a new high definition cable box to replace the one the one they have now.
Anybody out there have any idea as to when this might realistically happen?
Also can anybody accurately explain the cable box "deposit"?
