Can anybody give me clear directions as to where exactly the ProteCom offices in Puerto Plata are. I called, they sent me half around town to no avail. Never ask a local directions, they don't know how to tell.

ProteCom in Puerto Plata, sure, but WHERE??

Used to be on corner of Antera Mota & Virginia E Ortega. Coming up Antera Mota from direction of DGII, go past Centro Medico Bournigal. Intersection at lights just past Bournigal is Virginia Ortega. Used to be ground floor of the building on the corner, straight ahead of you & to the right as you sit at traffic lights. If you want to see it in writing it's on SIE website, scroll down:
