Can anyone tell me if there is a night club that plays hip-hop or top 40's. Music like Rhiana, Lady Gaga, Solja Boy.

I don't really like the club scene in DR but my friends want to hang out. They are guys in their 30s. They said they do not want too much latin music.

If anyone has any information on this, I would also appreciate it. I heard there was a hip-hop club on 27 Febrero, but it closed down (joke was they asked you at the door if you had a pistola, if answer was no, they gave you two machetes).

There is a stretch of bars on Roberto Pastoriza between Tirandentes and Lincoln(Naco area) i believe 4 in a row (north side of street). I only remember one name "shotz", they are on the smaller side, but young, hip, and the music you are looking for.
Also a larger one called LED on the malecon y churchill area.
