Bon Bistro in Boca Chica

Just ate for the first time at the Bon Bistro on Juan Bautista near the autopista access road for the first time. Had the filet mignon with papas and Caesar salad. Third best steak I have had in the DR. Not the best by far but so much better than the other crap that masquerades as edible. $800 DOP. I would skip the Caesar as the use ranch dressing

For Boca Chica, it was good enough to return.

Forgot to mention that this place is only 2 or 3 months old. Also forgot to mention that the service was great and the cook was a Haitiana.
