Origin of the sinking vessel?, destination? PR?, nationality of the migrants?. Pretty vague reporting... Glad their all safe

When you want to risk your life to make it to Puerto Rico so you can live off of medicaid, medicare, welfare systems and clean toilets or work construction slinging concrete blocks. Perhaps with the slightest hope of making it to Nueva Yol after years of toilet cleaning so you can qualify for section 8 housing somewhere around 176 and Jerome

A tragedy such as this will get attention, but what doesn't get much attention is that yola trips to Puerto Rico are not what they used to be in numbers.

The Mexico route has been greatly affected once Guatemala began to require visas from Dominicans precisedly due to that. That was a pressure that the Guatemalan authorities received from the USA.

You know what he meant. It clearly wasn't a tragedy if no one died. An unfortunate event, but nowhere near a tragedy. A school shooting is a tragedy, your posts are a tragedy.
