Construction and Labor Cost in Building a Home

Hello Everyone,

We would like to build a 2 bedroom home in the Santiago area (we already have land) and we're certainly aware of how much the material and
labor have increased since the COVID Pandemic..Hopefully USD $100k-$120k would be enough..Any advice/suggestions is Greatly Appreciated!
