The passport website:

pasaportes.gob.do

Says you need a PCR or 2 jabs as of October 18 2022. Or no passport for you.

Anyone with experience after October
18 2022?


I do not want to spend 4500 for a PCR test

I hear this policy is not being enforced and they do not ask for double jab proofs or PCR proof.

You don't need proof of vaccination to get a DR passport.

Look on their website. It's on a rotating banner with 4 messages. At the top of the home page.

One message says that as of the 18th of October 2022 (less than 3 months ago) you are required a double jab or PCR to get a passport in their office.
