People can travel legally during non-curfew hours, from 6:00 A.M. through 8:00 P.M., however, for the latter, you have to allow yourself a buffer to be off the street by 8:00 P.M. For example, today I was at Supermercado National. They now close at 7:00 P.M. to give people one hour to get off the street. Further, they locked the doors at about 6:15 P.M. (Sunday), to allow time for all the customers in the store to finish their business.
thanks. Rumor here is that all supermercados will be closed after monday. I know this is crazy and I dont believe it
